Return and Refund Policy
At TRNDZ, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, and we want you to shop with confidence. However, to ensure fairness and transparency for all our customers, we have a return policy designed to balance flexibility with responsibility.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- We do not accept returns for "change of mind" after the product has been delivered unless there is a specific, genuine reason for dissatisfaction.
- Returns will not be accepted for personalized items, gift cards, or final sale products.
Restocking Fee:
- Returns due to reasons not related to product quality, damage, or errors in shipment will incur a 20% restocking fee to cover processing and handling costs.
Return Approval Process:
- Please email our customer service team at help@thetrndz.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- All returns must be pre-approved; we reserve the right to decline returns if no valid reason is provided.
- Once approved, a return shipping label will be provided, and you can send the product back.
Refund Process:
- After receiving and inspecting the return, you will be notified of the refund status. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-4 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item, return the product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will issue a replacement or a full refund.
